To open an account on dkwin, you must provide accurate and complete information. Registering with false, incorrect, or someone else's details is strictly prohibited. dkwin reserves the right to verify your information at any time and may close your account if any discrepancies are found.

Each member may only register one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts along with their balances and bonuses will be permanently cancelled.

• Keep your account password and login credentials strictly confidential.
• Do not allow anyone else to use your account.
• Selling, transferring, or renting out your account is strictly prohibited.
• If your contact details (mobile number or email) change, please notify DKWIN.
• If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, please contact support immediately.

You must be at least 18 years of age to participate in gaming and betting on dkwin. This is one of our strictest policies. If an underage person's account is discovered, it will be permanently closed immediately and all transactions will be voided.

As part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process, dkwin may request the following documents:

• National ID Card (NID) – both sides
• Passport or Driving Licence
• BKash or Nagad mobile banking statement
• Selfie Photo (if required)

Withdrawals above a specified limit will not be processed until KYC is completed. Completing your KYC promptly is in your own best interest.

• Wagering Requirement: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before withdrawal is permitted. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a BDT 1,000 bonus means BDT 10,000 in bets must be placed.
• Validity: Each bonus has a set expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not completed within that period, the bonus will be automatically cancelled.
• One-time only: Each bonus offer may be used only once per member.
• At the same time, one: More than one deposit bonus cannot be active at the same time.
• Minimum Odds: Minimum odds apply to Sports bonus wagering (typically 1.50).

DKWIN reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any bonus offer without prior notice. If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is detected, the bonus and all associated winnings will be voided in full.

Please keep the following rules in mind when placing Sports Betting on dkwin. These rules have been established in accordance with international betting standards.

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is only considered valid once a confirmation has been received.
• Match Cancelled: If a match is cancelled, the original stake will be refunded.
• Abandoned Match: If a match ends before the scheduled time but the result has already been determined, the bet will remain valid.
• Live Betting: For live bets, dkwin's decision is final. If a bet is voided due to a technical issue, the stake will be refunded.
• Odds Changes: If odds change after a bet has been accepted, the odds at the time the bet was placed will apply.
• Parlay Bet: If any single leg loses, the entire parlay is lost.

In the event of any dispute regarding a match result, DKWIN will abide by the decision of the relevant internationally recognised sports authority.

DKWIN's casino games are certified by international RNG (Random Number Generator) standards. Every game result is completely random and cannot be manipulated by anyone.

• If your connection drops mid-game, the result will be saved automatically.
• If technical errors affecting game results are verified, DKWIN reserves the right to void the round in question.
• A maximum payout limit applies to progressive jackpot winnings.
• Using multiple tabs or devices on the same game simultaneously is strictly prohibited.

Certain activities are strictly prohibited on dkwin. The following rules apply to ensure a fair experience for all members:

• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts or providing false information to exploit bonus offers.
• Software Usage: Using bots, auto-betting software, or any other unauthorised programs.
• Match Fixing: Attempting to influence match outcomes, or placing bets based on insider information related to such outcomes.
• Money Laundering: Using the DKWIN platform to launder money from illegal sources.
• Hacking: Attempting unauthorised access to DKWIN's systems.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to law enforcement where necessary.

DKWIN reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• For breaching the Terms & Conditions
• If KYC verification fails or false information is found
• After prolonged inactivity (18 months)
• By court order or government directive
• If suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Please withdraw your balance before closing your account. A monthly maintenance fee may be deducted from inactive accounts.

• Deposit Limit: Set your own daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits.

These Terms & Conditions and all related matters shall be governed by DKWIN's internal policies. DKWIN's decisions on any matter are final.
